Luke Michalsky
Director
Luke began his career as an apprentice Cabinet Maker in Adelaide and was already branching into Project Management before he completed his qualifications. Luke’s experience in the industry over the past 19 years has ranged from production management, business development management, sales management and contract negotiation and most importantly a strong focus on overseas procurement setting up strong relationships and supplier networks through Asia. Clients can be confident that Luke’s vast experience in the Construction and Project Management Industry will bring the passion and creativity required to bring their projects to life. Luke places a major importance on providing open, clear and honest communication to clients to not only complete projects but more importantly build partnerships. Luke’s hands on involvement in the industry has allowed him to grow both personally and professionally and has scaffolded him to Company Director at TwentyThree Projects.
Jordan Barry
Director
Jordan has a vast experience of project managing across various sectors for 10 years. He started his career in project managing for major events, including Australian Grand Prix, Australian Open Tennis and The Spring racing carnival. After numerous years within the events field Jordan moved over to the retail and hospitality space where he has worked with some major companies. He always ensures the highest of quality in all fit-outs/projects and is in constant communication with all parties.
Paige Schramm
Project Co-ordinator
Paige has worked within the retail and hospitality space for the past 5 years as a Project Coordinator. With experience in dealing with some of the biggest brands in the world she ensures that all aspects of the project remain balanced and in sync. Placing a high priority on communication and attention to detail she will ensure that your project will flow progressively through to each stage of formulation. In her role at TwentyThree she will ensure that the “nuts and bolts” of your project will be undertaken making sure the puzzle all fits together along the journey. Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines she harnesses her skills in time management and organisation to create a positive outcome for clients.
